Performed in-service inspection & verification of electrical installations according to the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC)-2006, BER-1937 & NFPA-70 and was responsible for thermal inspection for the follow-up audit and assessment. Assessed electrical safety of the industry to identify the fire-safety hazards in proper legislation. Carried out on-site electrical safety and fire safety assessment and quality checked for GAP, WALMART, C&A’s RMG Industries to satisfy compliance standard in Bangladesh. Improved and verified the rectification progress of the electrical system of an industry through completion of electrical audit, inspection and testing. As a member of the M&E division of Real Estate Facilities Management of Royal Dutch Shell, excellent customer services were provided in day to day running business on one of the Shell sites in London with 2000+ customers in order to achieve KPI targets. Performed effectively and efficiently building services related plant preventive maintenance (PPM) & reactive works within the agreed team service level agreement (SLA’s). Technical support provided from small to medium size Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) projects, including supporting the design, installation, commissioning and validation of new assets. Water management duties carried out including sampling, chlorination & temperature monitoring adherence to L8 regulations. Performed HVAC reactive control duties including replacement and calibration of sensors and safety systems through Trend 963 building energy management systems (BEMS) and dealt with customers’ requests by providing face to face feedback. Assesssd, measured and actions implemented of health, safety &enviornment (HSE) issues and risks associated with asset care programme (PPM) activities and reactive works through ‘On the Spot’ risk assessment. Participated in preparation of technical reports, risk assessment method statement (RAMS), point of work risk assessment (POWRA) and other documentations for the M&E team and issuing and maintaining of asset care programmes and reactive work orders via computer aided facility management (CAFM) system.
