Major Responsibilities & Duties                               

The position reports to the Regional Sales Manager:

  •  Execution of sales & distribution plan for the territory through effective & efficient management of the financial resources, distributors, sales forces in order to ensure monthly sales target, volume growth & profitability to the company & distributors.
  • Increase numeric distribution by 5%- 7% every year.  
  • Performance analysis of Sales Promotion Officers month on month basis, volume contribution to business & development of performance tools and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor regular dealer credit limit though system generated aging report in order to avoid overdue & over limit.
  • Ensure regular & on time payment from dealers.
  • Conduct regular mansion, IHB (Individual Home Builders) & engineers meet in order to create demand of our product.
  • Ensure brand visibility in retail market with an organized way of using resources and closely monitor competitor’s activities regarding brand visibility.
  • Take lead in initiating new ideas and initiatives related to trade marketing and execute with the support from the trade marketing team.
  • Build and maintain a sustainable long term business relationship with the distributors & retailers through regular market visits, engagement and relationship building activities to gain active trade support behind company products and activities.

 Monthly Sales Planning:

 Prepare monthly sales plan & communicate to the distributor & retailers.

  • Depot wise lifting by (Truck/Barge) planning with logistics team.
  • Discount / Rebate planning on volume achievement with sales admin.

  Training:

 

  •  Training Program on Supply Chain Management: Participate 3 days Training Program on SCM organized by Directorate of Continuing Education (DCE) BUET, Dhaka from 08 December to 10 December 2011.
  • Training Program on Office Application (Excel):  Training Program on MS Excel by New Horizon CLC of Dhaka from 19 October 2008 to 20 October 2008.
  • JTG (Join The Group): Training on People Development, Customer Orientation,Performance culture, from 7th to 8th July 2010 held at Dhaka.
  • Sales with Passion (Training Program): Exclusive training on discovering self, Driving Sales and Customer Relationship management by Mr. Prakash Rohera Director, The Red Wood Edge Corporate Training Consultants, Pune India held at Dhaka on September 2nd-4th 2006.
  • Training on JDE Operations (JD Edwards ERP) Ten (10) days Training on JDE operations (ERP) for effective use of sales, customer portfolio management & administration starting from 6th –15th July 2006 by the Lafarge IT Consultant team from Lafarge Asia Pacific (Malaysia).
