Position: Shift-charge Engineer/Senior Engineer (operation).
Period: Jan-2014 to till now.
Responsibility:
Responsible for daily operation of the plant during shift and coordinating with the activities of the other shift personnel, Maintenance in charge.
Prepare daily production report for the plant.
Valve clearance inspection and adjustment, cylinder head maintenance, valve rotor inspection and evaluate cylinder head inspection and maintenance, inlet and exhaust valve cone inspection, starter valve inspection and replace, liner overhauling, pump overhauling, w/pump overhauling, crankshaft deflection check, main and big-end bearing replace and check, cam shaft visual inspection, inlet and exhaust valve cone inspection, starter valve inspection and replace, Crank web deflection measurement, Big end bearing inspection, Cylinder liner maintenance etc.
Prepare preventive maintenance schedules of each generating set & its auxiliaries. Coordinate and prepare the activities of maintenance and operation in relation to Preventive Maintenance Schedule.
Maintenance of lube oil separator, Fuel separator, leak test, air compressor troubleshooting and other plant maintenance as when needed.
Update engine records, equipment failure report through documentation.
Safely operations of all plant equipment like as various types of Valves, HFO Separator, LO separator, Waste water separator, Compressors and Exhaust gas Boilers.
Monitor log sheet for Generator and all running equipment for safety of parameters.
Record all running parameters of the equipment in log sheet. Perform all running maintenance such as T/C washing, Compressor washing, lube oil filling, HT and LT cooling water, emptying sludge tanks, transferring oil from main tank, etc.
Log-in all activities during 08 hrs. Shift operation and make turn over to the next shift.
Checking all plant auxiliaries like as EGB, Aux. Boiler, and Fuel treatment plant during shift.
Operation and supervision Heat Recovery System of the plant which consist five (5) Exhaust Gas Thermal Oil Boiler and Auxiliary Boiler (Manufacturer by HTI-Gesab).
Operation and supervision Oily Wastewater System (Manufacturer by Alpha Level), Fuel Treatment System of the plant which consist Three (3) HFO Separator (Manufacturer by GEA Westfalia).

Position: Mechanical supervisor (Piping Construction and power plant Erection), 150MW Open cycle power plant project, Khulna, Bangladesh.
Duration: May/2012 to Dec/2013 (Contractual).
Responsibilities:
Installation of mechanical equipments such as Fuel gas module, air intake module, GT fire module, DM water, raw water, Fire fighting water systems piping of various modules.
Support Project management of installation, commissioning and maintenance of gas turbine products.
Piping fabrication of DM Water piping, raw water piping and GT auxiliaries including Air Compressor, Potable water pump, Gas Booster compressor, valve skids.

Check the Material availability at site stock and the material replacements when required.
Installation, commissioning of all Mechanical equipment’s at the plant as per P & ID.
Responsibility for monitoring piping construction and fabrication activities insuring quality and taking necessary actions to maintain satisfactory standards.
Preparing necessary arrangement for field testing including hydrotest diagrams, test certificates, mechanical completion certificates (MCC).
Review all vendor documentations to assure the compliance with the design and technical requirements.
Complete assessment of piping general arrangement layouts, Piping isometrics, Supports Details, Materials take off, Equipment’s location plans, plot plans, orientation drawings in packages.
Reviewing all site work and prepare the punch list for the construction of the every systems.
Handle the tasks of modification of designing pipelines, pump stations, and pipeline integrity.
Perform the tasks of reviewing and explaining pipeline safety rules and regulations to construction workers and staff.
