To be happy and share happiness is the most important task for me. I am continuously learning from my life and my life is guiding me to move forward. In my professional life, I always try to become honest with my work, give my best to bring the desired result. I do believe that I am on a learning curve and it will push me forward in coming days.  Achieving volume and value target of the territory within stipulate time period
 Creating proper footprint for better market service and continuous distribution expansion
 Managing and responding all complains and queries of direct client e.g. retailers, field-forces, distributor
 Encouraging and guiding field forces to accomplish their monthly KPIs
 Keeping close liaison with all internal as well as external customers, channel partners, and other stake holders to capitalize every business opportunities
 Monitoring and tracking all activities of the competitions, proactively identifying areas of opportunity for business growth in assigned territory.

Key accomplishments assumed:
 Rewarded as best territory manager and enlisted in “Leader Territory Manager” for outclass performance along with others acknowledgements for the month of November’ 2013.
 Terminated one non-performing distributor in Rajbari (RBI08), carried all business operation by myself through a support distribution house from nearest district, and within three months successfully revamped one distributor who is performing well from then and onwards.
 Relocated to manage a big volume market and distribution house (NRG01) for outstanding performance in Rajbari.

Projects completed: “Perfect Store (PS)” and “Eid Upohar-2011”

Key accomplishments assumed:  Created 30 new perfect stores (PS) where certain SKUs of UBL are displayed in the retail shelf-space (hot spot) through diverse Point-of-Purchase (POP) display materials;
 Managed, monitored and cross-checked the executions as well as performances of 400 (approx.) retail stores that were included in the PS project.
 Played an instrumental role in the selection process of 50 brand promoters for the project entitled “Eid Upohar-2011” that helped to boost-up sales in the month of Ramadan.
