Major Responsibilities :

• Planing electrical maintenance work schedule and asign to specific perason as well as work with electrical maintenance team.
• Inspecion electrical or electronic failures of plant equipments.
• Prepare contract documents and evaluate tenders for construction or maintenance
• Prepare spare parts specification and cost, reports and design specifications for electrical and electronic systems and equipment.
• Conduct micro or Nano-devices simulations, characterization, process modeling and integration in the development of new electronic devices and products.
• Observe operation and performance of electrical generation and distribution networks, electrical machineries and components.

• Troubleshooting when any kind of fault occurs in a system according to consider the characteristics of different type control devices, like: Speed sensor (Magnetic, Inductive, type), Temperature sensor (Thermocouple K, Pt-100, PT-1000), Pressure sensor (4-20mA), Frequency converter, Transducer (Voltage, current, frequency), Magnetic contact, Relay, Pressure switch, Level switch, Limit switch, etc.
• Scheduled & Unscheduled Maintenance work done of Rolls Royce :B32:40 V16AH 2CD DG sets,132 KV switchyard equipment, 11KV switchgear equipment, Low Voltage Switchgear Equipment, Power Transformer 11/132 KV, Station Transformer (11/0.415 KV), Current Transformer (CT)and Potential Transformer (PT).
• Troubleshooting & Schedule Maintenance of Control Voltage (24VDC & 110VDC) Battery and Battery charger Unit.
• Taking appropriate actions during system operational disturbance (say tripping of any generator, plant trip, malfunctions of auxiliaries etc.).
• Perform start up, shutdown and normal operation of Engine sets, auxiliaries and other power plant system / facilities such as Exhaust gas boiler, Auxiliary boiler Lube oil separator, High Fuel Oil separator, fuel change over, Booster unit, etc.
