I have sound technical expertise in repairing, replacing, trouble shooting, & servicing of electrical equipment’s such as PLC, control module, Solar inverter, battery charger, DC & AC relay & timer, magnetic conductor, ACB, Speed controller, magnetic pick up, different types engine of sensors, Genset control panel, Genset ATS, Alternator’s AVR, exciter, stator, rotor, rectifier, etc. I have very good knowledge about all the major parts of diesel Genset engine, e.g. engine head, Piston, liner, valves, crankshaft, cam shaft, flywheel, bearings, injectors, fuel pump, lift pump, etc. I have good knowledge about substation equipment, such as Transformer, H.T switch-gear, L.T. switch-gear, PFI plant, installation, commissioning, fault finding & repairing. I am well experienced in importing diesel & gas Genset sets & spare parts (engine and alternator) from abroad like U.K., USA, Germany & China I have good knowledge on tender procedure. I am efficient in developing good relation & maintaining liaison with the generator & spare parts manufacturers from abroad. I am efficient in any sort of electrical/mechanical faults finding and trouble shooting. I have excellent knowledge and understanding on electrical diagrams. I am competent to make design, diagrams, installation & commissioning work of Genset base and foundation diagram, engine exhaust and piping system installation, acoustic soundproof canopy, room acoustic treatment, critical silencer box etc. I am able to make Genset auto start control panel (ATS) I am able to make Genset control panel, Critical Silencer Box, Sound Proof Canopy, Room Acoustic Treatment, L.T. switch-gear, Busbar etc. I am efficient in sales, service, design, Installation & commissioning of Solar system.
