Overview
PURPOSE:
This individual contributor is responsible for providing a wide range of support to the Field Services Manager; primary in project implementation, order management, and supplier management in assigned region. Communicate on a daily basis the status of projects and coordinate activities with different teams; such as Project Management, Sales, Account Managers, CS Team, Production Partners, and Customers as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Acts as an assistant liaison with brand customers, production partners, and OEM factories as requested by Field Service Manager • When assigned to maintain direct contact with outside customers and production partners, develops working relationships to enhance the PACCESS Packaging value and performance ratings • Support the Field Service Manager in developing and improving business for all brands. • Following existing methodologies, performs assigned tasks related to the successful completion of projects. Ensures that all related data is accurate and completed according to schedule. • Coordinates day-to-day communication among different functional teams to keep project moving forward as requested by project management team. May be asked to gather project data and documentation as well as following up on responses with internal and external parties as needed. • Responsible to regularly update project progress by using available tools; for example: JIRA • Runs reports to track status of projects and notifies team of any project complications. • May be required to provide analysis on products, review data or assist in the completion of invoicing. • Responsible for maintaining excellent tracking records for all different types of documents with the Project Management team, Sourcing & Costing Team, Technical Team or any necessary issues in collaboration with CS Team in different regions. • Responsible for maintaining good filing system for both actual products and samples and pricing of non China countries. • Responsible for coordinating global project implementation with cross-functional teams and different offices. • Accountable for the completion of the First Article approval process with PP in assigned regions. • Responsible for project kick-off and hand-off meetings to all cross-functional teams. • Responsible to work with production partner on the costing and also consult with SZ sourcing team • Responsible for the application of pricing update in system on timely basis. • Responsible for providing the GMA and quote sheet if necessary • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Field Service Manager.
SCOPE:
The successful incumbent works under general supervision and will need to work closely with crossfunctional teams to efficiently manage available resources to meet project timelines and deliverables. Must provide field service support in assigned regions and interface regularly with Field Service Manager. Extensive communications with internal and external contacts occur on a regular basis. Functions as a gatekeeper to ensure compliance and initiates escalation to the correct party as needed.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION:
• Bachelor’s degree in business (or equivalent) with 2+ years of relevant work experience. • Proven ability to prepare and analyze comprehensive reports, carry out assigned projects to their completion, and establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and management. • Skill in researching complex issues and developing recommended actions. • Intermediate to advanced math skills • Must possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to clearly and effectively communicate both in writing and speaking. • Must be able to communicate clearly in a cross-cultural environment. Strong presentation skill is a plus. • A background in customer service is required. • Demonstrated positive attitude, self-motivated, team player. • Must be able to multi task and possess the ability to manage workload in a fast paced environment with competing demands and shifting priorities. • Must possess critical thinking skills with demonstrated ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. • Must possess excellent PC knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Native local language and proficient in English, both in writing and verbal communications. • Domestic travels are required and as assigned by supervisor. • Some overseas travel as assigned by supervisor as required. Estimated 1-2 overseas trips per year, between 2-3 days per trip.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITY:
• Packaging and/or Printing industry experience a plus
