Responsibility:
a) Supply Chain Planning

• Demand Planning & Forecasting: Forecast of market demand and monitoring demand fluctuation and then taking corrective action arranging monthly S&OP (Sales & Operation Planning).
• Raw Material Planning: Monthly Raw material purchasing planning on the basis of forecasting & market demand and yearly budgeting for raw materials purchasing.
• Supply/Production Planning: Lead the supply planning with analyzing the capacity using constraint resources, follow up work-in-process production and coordinate with internal customer services to ensure the satisfaction of external customer.

b) Logistics & Distribution

• Leading Factory Supply Chain by providing all types of logistics support to functional departments to ensure the optimization of production and smooth operation.
• Managing and controlling inventory level for all Raw material warehouse.
• Managing WM finished goods warehouse and ensure smooth distribution to meet customer requirement.
• Manage the transportation, customs & logistics flow in coordination with all the vendors & destinations (Customer premises).
• Ensure Logistics cost reduction through optimization of inbound/primary transportation, and factory warehouse operations.
• Fulfilling Legal requirements & EHS requirements in warehouse.
• Overstock management and Stock coverage monitoring along with non-moving inventory
• Follow order flow to meet the Supply Chain KPI.
